Urgently Hiring For Admin Assistant For Canada Based Company

We are looking for an admin assistant to handle admin tasks. The admin assistant has to work remotely – and has to work our (Canada) daytime hours 10AM-6PM (night hours for India). We will interact with him/her over Skype and will train the assistant for all new tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars
- Internet searches
- Data Entry
- Other admin tasks
- Will interact with our team only. No external interaction

Qualifications: No specific

Skills:
- English – intermediate
- Basic word, excel - data entry, no complex calculations
- Should have computer and internet connection

Timings: Mon-Fri: 10AM-6PM EST (8.30PM-4.30AM IST). Sat: 10AM-1PM (8.30PM-12.30AM IST). Breaks inbetween.

Salary: Around Rs 25,000 pm for the first three months. Will revise based on increasing performance and responsibilities
Note:Candidates willing to work night shifts from their home can apply for this job(8.30pm to 4.30am)
Candidates having experience in data entry and administration will be given first priority.
